The Vendor Market Place is open for three full days—July 16, 17, and 18—offering vendors the opportunity to showcase their products and services to both conference attendees and the general public. Whether you're promoting books, merchandise, creative services, or industry tools, this is your chance to connect directly with engaged romance readers, writers, librarians, booksellers, and industry professionals.

Conference Vendor Marketplace Hours:
Wednesday: Vendor Set Up 8:00 PM–10:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Vendor Table - $300

Includes:

  • One (1) standard exhibit table 6’x2’ (with black linen)
  • Two (2) chairs

As a vendor, your products and services will be seen not only by conference attendees, but also by the public—including readers, local community members, and everyone who visits our open-access events like the Author Book Signing.

Please note: RWA reserves the right to decline vendors who do not align with our organization’s mission, vision, or policies. Submission of the vendor interest form does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are confirmed only after review, approval, and execution of a signed Sponsorship Agreement.
